These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and vw2nw ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://vw2nw.cam ("the Platform", "the Website").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

vw2nw operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers live casino games, slot titles, and sports betting markets including the English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international events.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the vw2nw Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, reload bonus, or welcome offer credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a Player's Account from an approved payment method (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or approved cryptocurrency).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the native currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a stake placed by a Player on any casino game outcome or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real money Balance from a Player's Account to the Player's designated payment method.

To register an account and use the vw2nw Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registration and use of the Platform by any person under 21 years old is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that vw2nw has designated as restricted, including but not limited to jurisdictions where providing online gambling services is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of vw2nw or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by vw2nw for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to self-exclusion — either self-imposed through the Platform or mandated by any regulatory body.

All players are required to complete the registration process accurately and in full. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any Balances associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at vw2nw's discretion for any other purpose, players are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This involves submission of:

• A valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or telco bill dated within the last 3 months).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the registered e-wallet or bank account).

KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours from the time all required documents are submitted. vw2nw reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk, and you accept that risk voluntarily. You agree to the following terms of use:

• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users' accounts, or the underlying technology systems.
• You will not interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Platform or any connected network or service.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• You will not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, game software, or odds pricing to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of affected winnings.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You will notify vw2nw immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

vw2nw provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, delay, or error.

vw2nw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Bank Transfer / FPX / DuitNow: Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), BNB

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits from accounts belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's payment section and may vary by method.

Withdrawal processing times are estimates and subject to satisfactory KYC verification and internal compliance checks. vw2nw is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency withdrawals.

vw2nw may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the relevant offer terms and may include account verification status, minimum deposit amount, geographic restrictions, and game eligibility.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and bet types specified in the relevant offer. Using bonus funds on excluded game types may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only — one per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• vw2nw reserves the right to withhold, modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects abuse, exploitation, or violation of bonus terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash prior to wagering requirement completion, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) applies to qualifying crypto deposits as specified in the relevant promotional terms.

vw2nw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be notified via the Platform.

All bets placed on vw2nw are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sporting market. The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet placement, the Platform's records shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the outcome and the bet's status.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by game, market, and player account tier.
• Odds for sports betting markets are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. vw2nw reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds ("palpable errors").
• For Mix Parlay and accumulator bets, all individual selections must win for the bet to be successful. Specific settlement rules for void selections within a Mix Parlay are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a delay in acceptance to account for real-time data processing. vw2nw reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All game results are final once completed.

Detailed sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform. Players are advised to review applicable rules before placing wagers.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the vw2nw Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to register or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether directly or through a proxy, third party, or by using different identity documents.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Use of any software, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploitation of errors, bugs, or miscalculated odds on the Platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting obligations, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or accepting funds from a third party for gambling purposes.
• Any form of abuse directed at vw2nw staff, customer support agents, or other platform users, including via live chat, email, or WhatsApp.

vw2nw is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools immediately and to seek professional support. vw2nw operates a strict 21+ minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform.

vw2nw reserves the right to impose account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or permanent self-exclusion on any player where we have reasonable grounds to believe that continued gambling may be harmful to that individual.

All content on the vw2nw Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game titles, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of vw2nw or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use vw2nw's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not explicitly authorised by vw2nw in writing.

Any unauthorised use of vw2nw's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vw2nw, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
• Any technical errors, game malfunctions, or connectivity issues beyond vw2nw's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vw2nw's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, vw2nw's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

vw2nw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against the Platform.
• Where vw2nw reasonably determines that continued access would be contrary to responsible gambling principles.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring vw2nw to restrict access.

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions for bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recent verified payment method, subject to AML checks. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vw2nw is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or game outcome, the Player should contact vw2nw Customer Support in the first instance via live chat or email. vw2nw will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within a reasonable timeframe.

The Platform's internal records, including transaction logs, game outcome records, and communication logs, shall be deemed authoritative evidence in any dispute resolution process.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights that Players may have under applicable consumer protection law.

vw2nw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform — either through a notification on the website, an in-account message, or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Customer Support.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
